When can I expect my order?
Due to the volume of orders i receive and all of the apparel being custom made by one person (me), turnaround time is 14 business days.
business days do not include weekends or holidays. turnaround time begins on the first business day after you place your order and ends when i send you your tracking information.
Please note, each order is created in the order it is received. i don’t keep pre-made stock on hand.
Where is my Order?
Every time i fulfill an order, an email automatically sends to you with your tracking information. Please check both your regular inbox and your junk folder. If you still can not find the email with your tracking information, then send me a message and i will check your tracking for you. Please Only message me if it is past the turnaround time. Your order will stay in the ‘pending’ status until i ship your order. once i fulfill your order, your order will then switch to a ‘fulfilled’ status.
Please note: once the package leaves my possession and is in the hands of usps, i am no longer responsible for your order. if you didn’t receive your package but it says delivered, please contact usps immediately! all packages are shipped with tracking included which means they can see exactly where your package was scanned and can locate it for you. If you input the incorrect shipping address at checkout and your package gets returned to me, there will be an additional fee to re-ship your order.
Do you take Custom Orders?
Yes! Just send me a message through facebook, instagram or by filling out the form in the ‘contact us’ tab on this site. please include any ideas that you have, pictures, etc. i will then create a custom link on the site for you to check out & confirm your order. Custom links expire after one hour.
Do you offer local pick up?
At this time, i do not offer local pick up or meet ups. due to the volume of orders i complete on a daily basis, the amount of time i spend working on orders, designing, marketing on social media, and also being a mom.. i have very little time to meet up or arrange for pick up. Shipping is the easiest/fastest way for you to get your order. i also keep my shipping prices at a low rate and i pay all additional shipping fees to help you save money.
what happens if i need to make a change to my order?
if you place your order and need to make a change, please message me immediately. if you chose the wrong size or color, you can send me an email or contact me on social media within 1 hour of placing your order to switch to a different size or color. Any requests to cancel an order past the 1 hour after ordering will be denied. As a small business, a lot goes into creating your shirts and i begin that process immediately after you order. The only time i will make an exception is if your order is past the turnaround time or if there is an unexpected family emergency.
Important: if you put in the incorrect shipping address, please let me know before i ship your order. again, if a package gets returned to me because the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout, there will be an additional fee to re-ship your order.
Do you do returns or exchanges If i choose the wrong size?
No, i do not. due to all pieces being custom made, i do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. if you’re ever concerned about sizing before purchasing, please reach out to me. the sizing is located in the product description for each item and explained in this faq page. please understand all of my pieces are custom made and i spend a lot of time working on them. ultimately, i am not responsible if you choose the incorrect size or color.
If there is some other issue with your order upon arrival, then please reach out to me and i will do my best to make it right.
Do You Have a size chart?
you can find the size description for each shirt under the ‘add to cart’ option in each product listing. for adult unisex shirts, you can stick with your regular size for a regular fit, size down for a tighter fit or size up for a looser fit. For measurements on unisex shirts, please follow the photos on this page.
For kids sizes the size chart (unless stated otherwise) is as follows:
YOUTH XS- 4/5
YOUTH SMALL- 6/8
YOUTH MEDIUM- 10/12
YOUTH LARGE- 14/16
YOUTH XL- 18/20
This is a general size guide. sizes may vary for different style shirts. for example: Gildan youth t-shirts have more of a “boxy fit” & Bella youth t-shirts have more of a “slim fit”. IF YOU PREFER ONE BRAND OVER THE OTHER, JUST SEND ME A MESSAGE!
Youth Hoodies tend to run a tad smaller so i would recommend sizing up if you’d like to get a longer wear out of them.
HOW DO I wash my shirts?
Do not dry clean. YOur shirts should never be dry cleaned. The harsh temperature and chemicals that are used during dry clean just do not mix well with HTV, SCreen Prints or SUblimation.
Wash and dry garments inside out. By turning the shirts, inside out, you’re giving the Design a layer of protection during the wash. While washing and drying clothes, they’re rubbing up against each other and that abrasion during washing can cause your design to peel or fade prematurely.
Choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash. When washing your shirts,, you don’t want your water temperature to exceed 178 degrees Fahrenheit. High temperatures can weaken the adhesive on the design which can cause the image to peel or crack.
Use mild detergent. Detergents that are “green” can be too harsh for the adhesive on your shirts. You should also avoid bleach and fabric softeners in order to make the design last as long as possible.
Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry. Just like when washing, you won’t want to dry your shirts on high heat. If you stick with tumble dry or low heat, you should be good to go. If possible, you can hang dry your shirts for best results. Hang drying will minimize any wrinkles and is especially recommended for sublimated designs.
Do not iron directly on a heat transfer design. any type of high heat on the vinyl will melt the vinyl and or burn the adhesive. Regardless, ironing directly on vinyl is a great way to ruin a shirt. If you must iron the shirt, make sure to use low heat and place a dish towel or cloth over the transfer.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to follow all washing instructions. This is incredibly important especially when it comes to washing your sublimated designs. An easy way to tell if your design is sublimated is to look at the product description for your shirt. If it says that due to the printing process your image can only go on light colors, this is a sublimation design. Sublimation chemically binds into the fibers Of the shirt so after the first wash, slight fading is to be expected and 100% normal. This will give your shirt more of a vintage look. If you don’t follow all washing instructions, your shirt will fade more than what’s expected. I do not process refunds or offer replacements for any fading issues that you may have after washing your sublimated designs. I also do not process refunds or offer replacements for any issues you have after washing any dtf, screen print or htv shirts. Each shirt is inspected during my quality control test before shipping. As stated previously, if you have an issue with your shirt before washing then please reach out to me within 24 hours of receiving your order.
